Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this website and your enrollment in any program offered by Movement & Method (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an education business operated by Dionne and Regina. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
Our programs
We currently offer two live programs:
- The AI-Powered E-Commerce Sprint — four weeks, two live sessions per week.
- The AI-Powered E-Commerce Masterclass — a Week 0 setup week plus six instructional weeks, with two live sessions per week.
Programs are guided, not done-for-you. We teach, review, and correct your work. You are responsible for building your own business.
Applications and admission
Enrollment is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. We may decline any application at our discretion, including where a program is not a fit for your current stage. If we decline your application, we will not charge you.
Fees and payment
- Sprint: the founding rate is $900, paid in full to hold your seat.
- Masterclass: the founding rate is $3,500 (regularly $5,000). A deposit holds your seat and the balance is due in full before day one.
Founding rates apply to the first cohort only and may change for later cohorts. Payment plans and VIP options, where offered, are agreed in writing before enrollment. Your seat is confirmed only when payment terms are met.
Refunds
[CONFIRM YOUR REFUND POLICY BEFORE PUBLISHING.] Because seats are limited and materials are delivered from day one, program fees are non-refundable once the program begins. Deposits are non-refundable. If we cancel a program before it begins, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Attendance and participation
Live sessions run on a published schedule. Work must be submitted before stated deadlines. Hot-seat reviews rotate so that the same students do not receive every review; students not selected receive a group correction checklist. If you miss a live session, you move to the replay and submit your work to the community. Live sessions are not restarted or repeated for individual students.
No income guarantee
We make no promise, representation, or guarantee about earnings, revenue, sales, or business results. Nothing in our programs, on this website, or in any communication from us should be taken as a guarantee of income. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your decisions, and factors outside anyone's control. Any example we share is an illustration, not a promise.
Not professional advice
Our programs are educational. We are not your attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing we teach is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional for your own situation.
Third-party tools
Our programs reference third-party platforms and tools, including e-commerce, advertising, and AI services. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, or performance. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you use, and for the cost of any subscription, advertising spend, or inventory you choose to purchase.
Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of the business ideas, products, and materials you create. You agree to participate respectfully, to keep other students' business information confidential, and not to disrupt sessions. We may remove any student whose conduct harms the room, without refund.
Our materials
Workbooks, templates, slides, recordings, and other program materials are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your personal business use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, or teach them to others. You may not record, share, or repost live sessions.
Recordings
Live sessions may be recorded and shared with enrolled students. By participating on camera or by voice, you consent to appearing in those recordings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a program or this website will not exceed the amount you paid us for that program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Communications
By enrolling, you agree that we may contact you by email and, where you have consented, by text message about your application, enrollment, and program. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out instructions.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply going forward. Material changes affecting an active cohort will be communicated to enrolled students directly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [ADD STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
