Stop nodding along
in Ads Manager.
Every acronym Meta throws at you, in plain English — plus the one number your ads have to beat before any of the rest matters. Read it here, free, right now.
The Decoder
34 terms, no jargon
Ads Manager is dense on purpose. Once these are automatic, the interface stops being intimidating and turns into a list of numbers you can actually read.
Nothing matches that. Try a shorter search.
The one number
What your ads have to beat
Most people who run ads and lose money are staring at a dashboard full of sales. The dashboard doesn't know what your product costs you. You do. Put your real numbers in and find the line.
Breakeven ROAS calculator
Run it once per product. Write the answer somewhere you'll see it.
A 1.4 ROAS looks like winning — money came in. At 61% margin it means every sale costs you money. Someone at 80% margin is profitable at 1.25. Same number, opposite outcome. ROAS means nothing without your margin next to it.
What this doesn't cover
Knowing the words isn't the same as knowing what to do
You can now read Ads Manager and calculate the line you have to beat. That's the vocabulary and the scoreboard. It is not a method — and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Here's what actually running profitable ads takes, and it's what we teach live inside the programs.
-
How Meta actually spends your money
The auction, the learning phase, and why editing an ad set costs you more than leaving it alone.
-
Campaign structure that doesn't starve itself
How many campaigns, how many ad sets, and where the budget actually belongs.
-
Creative that earns a cheaper auction
Hooks, angles, and the reason a better ad literally costs less to run.
-
Reading the data without guessing
Which number to act on, which to ignore, and when the answer is "wait."
-
Scaling and kill rules
When to add budget, when to cut, and the rules that stop you doing it on feelings.
-
Your first 14 days, day by day
An exact sequence from account setup to a running campaign with real data.
We teach this live, together, in a room.
Not a recorded course. Two live sessions a week with both of us, your work reviewed, and a deadline that makes you finish. The Sprint gets you clear in 4 weeks. The Masterclass builds the whole operation in 6.
Application only. Enrollment closes the day a cohort starts.
